"I have been building since 1961, actually starting as a preteen, helping my Dad and carpenter Grandfather build duplexes. By the time I was in high school, my brother and I were given quite a bit of leeway by our Dad to carry on the daily progress and, to a large extent, we ran the projects.
This created a strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude.

My experience has covered exclusive Laguna Beach, CA, Maui, HI, Durango, CO all the way to the Oregon Coast. I believe that nothing can take the place of experience; therefore I am involved at a very personal level with every project. This eliminates the the number one complaint of most clients today, lack of attention to detail, and slow or nonexistent response to their needs.
